Public Event Planning

Central Creative offers professional and experienced resources to structure and facilitate public events that enable our clients to develop real, honest relationships with the public. We have a wealth of experience planning and coordinating public events. We work hard to create engaging and purposeful experiences for all participants, coordinating all event logistics in a manner that elevates the image of our clients. Central Creative has served as an on-call community outreach and involvement consultant to local governments for more than 10 years, and in doing so has designed, planned, coordinated, conducted, facilitated and summarized several dozen public meetings throughout the state. Meetings range in size from a few participants to hundreds and occur at varying stages of issue management or project development.

EPCOR Water: Community Meetings for Wastewater Rate Case December 2016—five meetings spanning three weeks; planning and coordination, onsite logistics, setup, teardown.
Arizona Council for Transportation Innovation (ACTI): ACTI Innovation Day October 2016—thirteen Innovators shared their ideas in a showcase format with a packed house of more than 150 people. Coordinated application, selection, and preparation process for Innovators, all logistics for venue setup, a/v, IT, catering, rentals, keynote speaker and publicity, developed publicity materials, certificates of appreciation, best of show awards
EPCOR Water: Community Meetings for Wastewater Rate Case July 2016—seven meetings in a one-week period; planning and coordination, onsite logistics, setup, teardown.
Arizona Council for Transportation Innovation (ACTI): Regional Traffic Incident Management Summit December 2015—coordinated all event logistics, including speakers and participants for 2-day summit involving departments of transportation, law enforcement and first responders, and tow-truck driver associations from Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, and Utah. EPCOR Water: Luke 303 Wastewater District and Water Reclamation Facility Groundbreaking December 2015. Planning and coordination for VIP event in remote outdoor area including rentals, catering, traffic management, setup, teardown.
Union@Roosevelt: Groundbreaking Event March 2015. Planning and coordination for VIP event in outdoor area including rentals, food truck, setup, teardown.
Arizona Council for Transportation Innovation (ACTI): ACTI Innovation Exchange Campaign—eight innovation exchange presentations since spring 2014 showcasing innovations in transportation project delivery that save time, money, and lives. Arizona’s contribution to the Federal Highway Administration’s Every Day Counts initiative.
Arizona Council for Transportation Innovation (ACTI): Every Day Counts (EDC) Initiative Champions and Teams semi annual meetings—coordinate fun and interactive meetings twice a year for professionals to come together that are working to explore and deploy innovation initiatives set forth by FHWA for its Every Day Counts program.
